Please note that since we offer free shipping, we sometimes use non-trackable postal services depending on the destination and order type. As a result, tracking may not always be available. Tracking details, when applicable, will be shared via email once the order is shipped.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes orders need to be cancelled. After the 24 hour period, orders cannot be cancelled as they would have already been processed and shipped.
